MasterChef mag

So I gave in to curiosity and bought the MasterChef magazine. I didn’t think there was room on the market for another foodie mag, but apparently it is selling out everywhere! It is about 60% MasterChef content and the rest is like a normal food mag. They have some recipes by the contestants, such as the 6 best dishes from the Kids’ Bday Party challenge (Marion’s is above, Callum’s is below).

There is a cool feature about desserts inspired by chocolate bars. The Wagon Wheel inspired one is above – Raspberry Marshmallow Wagon Wheels.

Above is Gooey Chocolate and Hazelnut Pudding inspired by Ferrero Rocher.

And Salted Peanut & Chocolate Toffee Tart inspired by Snickers.

The styling and photography are great, and the recipes are very creative. There are also some recipes from celeb chefs, such as Shaun Presland from Sake Restaurant, Neil Perry and Matt Moran.
