Last night I bought a very cute book at Kinokuniya called Waku Waku Okao No Oyatsu (something along the lines of “exciting faces for afternoon tea”). It was a lucky dip buy because the book was sealed in plastic, all I could see was the cover (below) but it looked pretty cute so I took a chance. When I brought it to the cash register, the guy behind the counter said ‘that’s the cutest book i’ve ever seen in my life’, and he hadn’t even seen the inside! Above are just a few samples of the cuteness. More tomorrow!
