Sweet hearts

In my two days in Seoul, I saw (and, okay, ate) about a gazillion heart-shaped donuts, cakes, brownies, cookies, honeycomb lollipops… everything was heart-shaped! Koreans love kawaii things (there is a Korean fashion label called “Teenie Weenie Bear” which features a tiny teddy bear imprint, like the Lacoste crocodile, on every item of clothing). The pink donuts, which were filled with jam on one side and custard on the other, were from Dunkin’ Donuts. They were so pretty (but to be honest, they weren’t that yum). The shopping was amazing – Forever 21, cute boutiques and crazy 10-floor shopping malls that were open from 10 am until 5am. And the hot and spicy Korean cuisine… I want to go back next weekend just to eat more kimchi, barbecued pork belly and bimibap. The people were so friendly, one random guy who we asked for directions to a restaurant called his friend on his mobile and walked with us for 15 minutes while his friend on the phone directed us all.

Hi there! I love your images!
I’m currently making my first zine dedicated to food. I was wondering if I could some of your images (and credit you of course)?
